First Choice Executive Suites offers single and multi-office suites in three prestigious locations. We offer comprehensive business services in a sophisticated, high-tech environment. Short or long-term leases are available. Our Suites start at 100 sq. ft.
The average length of the leases in place is between 2 to 5 years. We pride ourselves on our high retention rate, which we achieve by providing excellent customer service, state of the art telecom systems, and reciprocal use of all our locations.
Full-Time Office Plans
As an executive you shouldn’t have to worry endlessly about overhead costs in order to maintain a business. The private Executive Office or Suite offers a comfortable corporate environment that is both convenient and cost-effective. With this plan you can have access to a private office or suite 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and take advantage of the professional lobby and on-site receptionist. Other amenities include: telephone answering services, onsite management and conference room access.
Virtual/Part-time Office Plans
Executives who work from home will have the ability to hold meetings with potential and current clients in our luxurious conference rooms, available at all of our sites. Take advantage of the state-of-the-art telephone answering system as well as the electronic voice mail and message system. In addition, this option allows executives to make use of several conveniences that might not be readily available in a home environment. Scan documents, make photocopies and make use of secretarial services.
